Model of a hydroplane inspired by the 1950s craft designed by racing driver Nando Dell'Orto and built by the Cantieri Timossi boatyard

The idea was to put a 12 cylinder Ferrari engine in a hydroplane hull

Once built the hydroplane beat a water speed record in 1953, reaching 241.7 km/h
